Hello Western Civilization students!  What's up?  Not too much on my side.  Here's the schedule for the next few days.  More will follow. 

1/28/02 Mon.  We watched a movie on The Middle Passage.  I hoped you found it interesting.  Be sure to write those reaction papers well.  We will discuss some of your reactions tomorrow. 

Test on Chapter 15 will probably be on Friday...start studying now.

1/29/02 Tues.  We will discuss some of your reactions on the movie and I will collect your papers.  We will finish sec 3 and begin sec 4.  Hopefull we will get all of Sec 4 finished.  We will learn about the European settlements....13 colonies, fur trade, Louisiana Territory, etc.  HW will be to read Sec 5 (chapter 15) and do questions 2-5 on pg. 369.  Study for the test on Friday!!

1/30/02 Wed.  We will begin sec 5.
