It's all TCAP review in our class this 9 weeks!!!
We will use the novel How to Steal a Dog to practice identifying prepositions and persuasive devices.
Skills to work on 4thnine weeks are the following:
figurative language,
literary elements,
all parts of speech,
and
research projects.
Language Arts TCAPs will be April 22nd.

We will visit the library soon to begin a new research project.
Our end of the nine weeks field trip is May 28. We will be going bowling and to IHOP. !!!
Your reading requirements for 4th 9weeks will be to read the following: 1 Newbery, 2 non-fictions, and 3 books of your choice,.
We are excited to have Ms. Stultz in our classroom. She is an awesome teacher!
Be sure to use your time tracker each day, so that parents will be aware of what's happening at school.
Also remember to wear your ID badge everyday.
Please come to school everyday. It's really a challenge to catch up when we are not at school for the instruction.

lit-log(This is a hard back composition book.)

Again.....Remember to wear your library/lunch card everyday!
You will need it for checking out books and the lunch line.
Remember, in order to become a mature reader, you must read, read, read!
