Hello Woodland Families,
Thank you for visiting our Intersession Website. Intersession is the term used to describe the "off time" that students have within the alternative school calendar during the Fall and Spring. Intersession is an optional time that reinforces basic skills, provides enrichment, and promotes a good attitude toward school and learning. Best of all, intersession activities are directly linked to the TN curriculum standard and our school improvement plans!
Intersession week is operated much like the normal school day. School hours are the same and breakfast and lunch will be served. Educare will be provided for those children who attend before and after school on a normal school day.
The cost of Intersession is $10 per day.
*A limited number of scholarships are available.*
If you have a financial need, please check the box on the registration form to let us know that you are interested in a scholarship. Scholarship consideration will be given to fee waiver students only. Parents will know quickly after registration if their child will receive a scholarship.
Anyone that would like to donate money towards a scholarship for another child, please do so during the time of registration. Your contribution will be greatly appreciated.
