Welcome to Mrs. Johnson's First Grade Website!

Super First Graders!

It's hard to believe that we have already been in school for over nine weeks. Time really does go by so fast.

The students have been hard at work. We are working on numeracy and place value during our math time. In addition, we are reviewing addition and subtraction. Your child can really move ahead in math if they will practice their math facts.
Please remember that we have homework every night, Monday - Thursday. Your child should be reading for 15 to 20 minutes each night. They also have spelling homework each night. This helps them be prepared for the spelling test on Friday.
