Okay, a little EXTRA CREDIT for ya.
This should be handed in before Friday, November 8th

SITUATION
I have my VCR set up to record a few of my favorite shows when I can not watch them. It is programmed to record Dragonball Z everyday at 6:30 till 7:00. On Thursdays the VCR is programmed to record NBC’s "Must See TV" from 8:00 till 11:00.

There are 3 different recording modes on my VCR: SP, LP and SLP. SP can record at high quality for about 2 hours. LP can record at a medium quality for about 4 hours. SLP can record at low quality for about 8 hours.

SP records for 2 hours at HIGH Quality
LP records for 4 hours at MEDIUM Quality
SLP records for 8 hours at LOW Quality

I normally record everything at SP for high quality recordings, so Dragonball Z is recorded at SP. However, the "Must See TV" is three hours long and can not be recorded at high quality, so it is recorded at SLP instead.

QUESTIONS (When answering questions your answers should be a fraction, decimal or percent. You may also choose to answer in terms of minutes, but if you do, be sure to tell if they are SP, LP or SLP minutes remaining.)

A. If these programs are recorded as stated in the situation above, make a drawing or show visually how much tape would be needed for each program and how much would be left after the recording is done.

B. Make a diagram, or some visual representation to show how much tape is allocated for each show:
1) on SP.
2) on LP.
3) on SLP.

C. Would there be enough tape to record all these programs:
1) on SP?
2) on LP?
3) on SLP?

D. What is the maximum number of ½ hour programs you can record on a tape:
1) on SP?
2) on LP?
3) on SLP?
