ABOUT ME

I have been teaching chorus and string orchestra at Peter Muhlenberg Middle School for 16 years now. I love music and working with middle schoolers!

Besides teaching music at school, I do a great deal of volunteering with the VBS program at the Woodstock United Methodist Church, as well as sing in the choir and provide special music.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing with my three sons, running with my dog, basketball, weight lifting, cooking and baking, gardening, and playing the piano, violin, trumpet, and recorder.

MISSION FOR THE CLASS

As members of the Peter Muhlenberg Chorus and/or Orchestra programs, we will strive to gain our individual best efforts each day in class, at home or after school hours when we practice, and on performances. As a class, we will work together as a team, be encouraging and respectful to others, and help each other to become the best ensemble that we can be by listening to our teacher, each other, and the music we create.
