Joyce Gerald is an experienced educator with over 30 years of experience in early childhood education, elementary education, ESOL, Gifted and Talented.She is also well-versed in the administration of Federal programs. If you are in need consultation on projects in early childhood and elementary teacher Professional development, feel free to contact me. The eminent first time Assessment of Common Core will occur in the spring of 2015 for most states. For this reason, any educational institution that provides education to elementary aged students will benefit from my expertise in this area. Services are also available for curriculum/course design and development, curriculum review, technology integration, web design, and unit module development.
I am also available to assist with federal grants: the writing of the grant and the collection of the documentation to substantiate the fidelity with which the grant was carried out. Documentation is the biggest downfall of schools and Districts when it comes to federal programs. For instance do all of your schools know that they must have an annual Title I parent meeting? Are they aware of the specific content that must be included in that meeting? Does your school or district conduct parent activities? Are they conducted when parents can realistically attend? Do you have the answers to these questions?
