About me |
Hello! Welcome to Bridge and Higher Ground. I am Mrs. Segler. Some of my favorite things include: Marvin The Martian, sunflower yellow, Celtic music, awesome theatre experiences, my childhood best friend Popeye who traveled the fair circuit and could pop his eyes in and out of his head, and old Victorian houses. My passion is to live for the praise of God's glorious grace as revealed in Ephesians 1:11-14. Like Marvin, I live in high places and am very excited to be teaching Higher Ground this year. Bridge/Higher Ground days: Grade 2 - Monday; Grade 3 - Tuesday; Grade 5 - Wednesday; Grade 4 - Thursday. Classes will be in the morning this year from 8:45-noon. Students will report to their homeroom first in the morning and then report to Bridge/Higher Ground at 8:45 AM SHARP!!
Be sure all supplies are brought to class: cloth bags filled with supplies (pencils, scissors, crayons, glue sticks, Latin book, notebook, journal) - this is worth a participation grade each class!!
Article and Summary due each class - 5 participation points for both.
