Hello and welcome to my class website. This is my 3rd year at Saint Theresa Catholic School. Before coming to Saint Theresa I completed a year-long internship in the Chicago Public Schools teaching Biology to 7th graders. I graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University Chicago with a bachelors of science in education and concentrations in Math, Science and Language Arts. Within days, I moved from the snowy midwest to the melting temperatures of Arizona and began teaching at Saint Theresa in 2008.
At Saint Theresa, I teach 7th grade life science, 8th grade physical science and also, 8th grade Religion. I'm very happy to be working at Saint Theresa and I hope to bring scientific knowledge as well as curiousity about God's creation to all the students I teach. |
