I have two children of my own, Spencer, 14 years old, and Libby, 6 years old. They keep me busy with sports and dance. My husband, Randy, is a big UT Vols football fan and we have season tickets. I also have a four year old Bichon Frise dog named Candy. I love to read. I am a huge fan of the Twilight series and also Patricia Cornwell books and Nicholas Sparks. I have recently begun scrapbooking and enjoy that as well. I enjoy shopping and traveling too! I like to watch movies and television. I am a huge fan of American Idol and the Today Show. Legally Blonde, Grease, Breakfast at Tiffany's are just a few of my favorite movies. I am very much a girly girl and a neat freak. I also love to laugh and have fun. I am excited to be starting my 19th year of teaching sixth grade. This is my 11th year at Indian Trail. I taught for five years in Georgia and three years in South Carolina. I teach language arts and social studies on Cougar Hall. I am in room 113. My partner is Mrs. Collier, and she will be teaching math and science in room 115. I grew up in Swainsboro, Georgia, (near Savannah) and graduated from Georgia Southern University - Go Eagles! I received my Master's Degree from Tusculum College in Greeneville. I hope you will use my site this year to earn extra credit for AH HA tests. It will be a work in progress all year. I know we are going to have a fabulous year!
