I am privileged to say this is my third year teaching at STCS. Being a parent from Saint Theresa of nine years, the school and community has played a major role in my family life. We would not want to be anywhere else. My husband and I have been together for over 20 years and been married for almost 13 this October. We met in high school and he is my high school sweetheart! We can honestly say we grew up together. He is my rock! We have 4 wonderful children who all attend Saint Theresa. It is such a blessing to be able to teach where my children come to school. We love this school and community.
After earning my teaching degree at the University of Texas at El Paso, I taught for a little over five years in Texas before moving to Phoenix. Living in Phoenix for a year, I had the opportunity to teach at Saint Matthew’s Catholic School. This was my first experience teaching in a Catholic school. I grew up going to a Catholic school and I knew this is where I wanted to continue my teaching career. I was fortunate to be able to be a stay at home mom, but now I have another calling. God has called me back to teaching, which I LOVE! I promise to do all I can to help make this a great school year for your child. With One Voice, we can make a difference!
