My education took place at: Green High School in Summit County (1985), the University of Charleston where I played volleyball, Kent State University (1985 bachelors), Marshall University (1993 masters), WVU - National Endowment of the Humanities (1993), and Cleveland State University - additional graduate work for technology licensure (2003).
Schools where I have taught include: Hudson High School and Springfield High School - both in Summit County; the University of Charleston and Kanawha County Schools in Charleston, WV; Southern Ohio College in Akron, Ohio; and the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
Personal details about me are that I am a Christian; I love to be outdoors doing things like boating, four wheeling, and hiking. I like dogs, especially the breeds Labrador retriever, Weimaraner, and Viszsla.

Every year I love to attend graduation and applaud my students walking across the stage to receive their diplomas. I enjoy teaching in Cleveland, and I wish my students the very best. I hope to guide them in improving their writing and reading skills, and I am very proud of them. Nothing pleases me more than to see my students win awards, achieve high grades, and maintain high grade point averages.
