Mrs. Zoltowski grades "A Scary Day For Arthur"

Amber wrote this story for Mrs. Zoltowski. Mrs. Zoltowski will like it -- it is free from mistakes. Amber made very sure there were no little 'i's and no sentences starting with "and" or "because."

BUT ..... Amber showed her story to her cousin Silver, just to make sure.

Read Amber's story, and see how Silver can help Amber turn this story into an A+ paper.

Come closer friends, as I tell the tale of Arthur's birthday party. Everyone was gathered when, suddenly, there was a terrifying sound outside! When Arthur went to the window, he saw a car!

Arthur shuttered with fear. "Why on MY birthday," he thought.

As he made his way over to his friends, there was an ominous knock on the door! The scary girl at the door gave him a box.

Filled with a growing sense of doom, Arthur, his hands trembling, placed the box on the table and began to open it!

So there was a skull inside! So while his friends were all screaming with fright, Arthur realized... this was the scariest birthday he ever had!
