READING FORMS

Most companies have forms that are specific to the business they conduct. They also use standard forms, such as those put out by the government, for business purposes. The following forms are used at Quickped, a small but growing manufacturer of bicycles. They sell to bicycle shops, sporting goocs stores, hardware and discount store chains, and bicycle rental companies. They also make exercise equipment such as stationary exercise bicycles.
