Personal Pronouns

Personal pronouns are used in place of nouns that name persons, places, or things. The antecedent of a pronoun is the word or words to which the pronoun refers.

Monica lost her notebook. (the pronoun is "her" and "Monica" is the antecedent)

Pronouns must agree in number, case, and gender.

Singular: I, me, you, he, she, it, him, her
Plural: we, us, you, they, them
