Pangrams - Hard - 5 minutes
Find the Pangram number on your handout. Type it as many times as you can. Strike the enter key at the end of each line. Then, count the number of characters you typed (including spaces, punctuation, and enter keys), then divide by 5. This is your gross number of words per minute (gWPM). Then, count the number of errors you made. Subtract the number of errors from your words per minute. This resulting score is your net words per minute (nWPM). If you typed 60 characters: 1. Divide 60 by 5 to get gWPM (answer = 12 gWPM) 2. Count the number of errors (let's say 1 error) 3. Subtract errors from gWPM (12 minus 1) = nWPM 4. The net words per minute = 11 nWPM
