Directions for the Arena of Practice:
This Arena of Practice will help you to determine how well you have understood
the materials for Team Learning and Mental Models. There are 5 questions
in this Arena. Some questions ask that you complete an exercise (reading,
work through a case study or practice a concept) before answering.
Once you have completed the exercise, choose the correct answer.
This Arena should take you approximately 35 minutes to complete.
Most of the questions in this Arena are
based on the "Floorboards Dilemma." This case study details the issues
of environmentalism in companies that had never thought they might one
day have such a partner. Read the case (pages 458-463) then begin
the questions.
