Directions for the Arena of Practice:
This Arena of Practice will help you to determine how well you have understood
the materials for objective H2D, Team Learning and Mental Models.
There are 5 questions in this Arena. Some questions ask that you
complete an exercise (reading, work through a case study or practice a
concept) before answering. Once you have completed the exercise,
choose the correct answer. This Arena should take you approximately
35 minutes to complete.
Most of the questions in this Arena are
based on the "The Cauldron." This case study details the issues of
management/union relationships in companies that need a good relationship
in order to survive. Read the case (pages 364-373) then begin the
questions.
