Writing Compound Sentences

Join two sentences with a Coordinating Conjunction (and, but, for, so) to make one compound sentence. Read the sentences carefully to understand the logical relationship between them and choose the coordinator that expresses this relationship. Join the independent clauses with a comma before the subordinator to show that each sentence is of equal importance.
