Paired Adjectives - Using correct order,"and", & commas

Look at the beginning of a sentence. Choose the words that correctly complete it. There are one or two correct answers for each sentence. Remember to use the correct word order (think OCSASCOMP), "and" with adjective pairs that come after the noun and not before, and commas when the adjectives come from similar categories (think OCSASCOMP again).
