The Case of the Missing Floppy Disc

"Tell me again exactly what the professor's last words were before he disappeared, " Chief of Detectives O'Malley asked the lab assistant. "He told me that he was sick of working on scientific formulas all day. He hadn't had a vacation in 20 years. He said he was going around the world." But what did he do with the data?", O'Malley asked. "The professor handed me a piece of paper. 'You could use a little fun yourself, my boy. If you can figure out the clues, you'll know where to find the floppy.' Then he left." The lab assistant gave O'Malley the paper. There was a group of questions with underlined spaces for letters.
