  1. Mr. President: Almost 50 years ago, Africa got its independence from colonial powers. The river of independence was thought to overflow its banks and water the educational, economical and scientific development of all the Africans. However, instead of irrigating the wealth of the African soil for all Africans, African leaders have kidnapped our development programs to benefit no one but the families of the ruling party. What plans do you have to mitigate and influence the advancement of democracy in Africa?
