9/11 Relief Survey

Dear survey participant:

Students enrolled in Ed791A this spring are working in teams to formatively evaluate different compensation/relief programs available to people victimized by the September 11th terrorist attacks. Our team is specifically tasked with determining what everyday people know about these different programs and their general perceptions of them.

Data collected here will be used to assist the remaining 791 teams in analysis and presentation. Your responses will be held in confidence and your anonymity is assured, as all data will be reported in the aggregate.

A web-based version of our project will be available on the Ed791A website in late May (http://edweb.sdsu.edu/Courses/ED791ASP02/t-index.htm).

There are a total of 21 questions and the survey will take you approximately 10 minutes to complete.
