Mill Valley High School: Parent Survey- 07-08

Thank you for participating in our survey, which should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.

Understanding your needs and expectations is very important to the DeSoto School District and Mill Valley High School. The information we obtain from this survey will help us be more responsive to you and your student's needs. YOUR ANSWERS WILL BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL AND USED ONLY IN COMBINATION WITH ANSWERS FROM OTHER QUESTIONNAIRES.
