Calvin Christian School Crusader Logo Survey

Complete the survey below to provide your opinion about the new crusader logo. Note that appropriate lettering may be added to the logo that is chosen. The new logo will be used on murals, T-shirts, hats, letterhead, business cards, mugs, helmets, blankets, flags and anywhere else deemed appropriate.

All students, parents, alumni and supporters of Calvin may take this survey. All members of a family may vote, but each person may vote only once.

In order for you vote to be counted, you must fill in the "name" box below with your last name, followed by a comma, followed by your first name (i.e., "Smith, John").
