2008 Junior Tournament Registration
Registration is "officially closed." You may register using this form, BUT YOU MUST CONTACT BRUCE CHAMBERLAIN at 973-634-8379 in order to CONFIRM YOUR REGISTRATION.

Complete this form and press the SUBMIT button at the bottom. You will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2-3 days. Tee times will be posted on the web (glenwildgreens.com) by the Thursday morning prior to each tournament. Tee times will begin at around 10am for the older age groups and progress through the younger groups.

This tournament is open to junior golfers of ALL ABILITIES age 5-17. Ages 9 and under will compete on a modified course (some holes shortened), while older golfers will compete in one of three age brackets 10-11, 12-13 and 14 & over.

Payment of $20 (cash or check) is required at check-in on the day of the event. This is a rain-or-shine event. No advance payments are accepted.

A player's age is determined by their age as of 8/31/2007. Younger golfers may participate in an older age bracket (i.e. "play up") at their own option. If a player wishes to "play up," this intention must be noted in the application below.

One caddie per player (age 14 or over) is permitted. Spectators are not permitted on the course.
