    very comfortable - I can ususally fix any problem that occurs.
    somewhat comfortable - I don't mind trying to fix the problem and sometimes I am successful
    uncomfortable - I have little luck taking cared of technology problems and get frustrated trying.
    very uncomfortable - I don't know how to troubleshoot and get frustrated when problems occur.
