2009 Student Climate Survey
This is a student survey given to provide information and feedback to the teachers and administration of CCCMS and USD 379 regarding student beliefs and feelings about our school. For each question, 1= Strongly Agree, 2=Agree, 3=Disagree, 4=Strongly Disagree
