Program Review Questionnaire

Last year the ESLG (Educational Services Leadership Group) implemented a new Program Review process. The new process replaced what was a 3-4 year cycle of program review to an annual one. This questionnaire asks for feedback about your participation in the new Program Review process. Your answers are anonymous. Please take a few minutes to complete the questionnaire and submit your answers. This is highly important for the designers of the process as it allows for review of effectiveness and informed revision.
