Emergency Preparedness - Parent Survey
The purpose of this survey is to gather information regarding your knowledge and concerns about emergency preparedness in your child’s school. This survey will help the school system develop a comprehensive and practical emergency plan. Your responses are confidential. Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.
