BMKT 360-81 Fall 2009 Peer Evaluation

This is the form you need to complete for your peer evaluation of your group project. Please complete your peer evaluation carefully, honestly, and constructively. You will need to complete this survey for each team member... you don't review yourself (i.e. if you have six team members, you would need to complete this survey five times). I will share the results with each group member if they wish to see their results. I will take out the evaluator's names and group the data together so your comments and individual scores will be anonymous... they will see their average score. You should still keep your comments constructive.

Remember that the total number of points that you allocate to your team members must add up to 100 x # of team members (e.g. if you have six team members, you would evaluate five team members since you don't evaluate yourself... you would therefore have 5 x 100 points to allocate = 500 points. If you give someone more than 100 points that means you have to give one or more of the other group members less than 100 points... for your evaluation to be valid, you must follow this allocation rule). Don't include "points" in your answer... just type the number of points you want to allocate to this team member. You should use your team's group charter as a reference when deciding on your score allocation (most groups have this group charter on their team site).
