This survey is designed by the Sacramento Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) to gather information from CA Training Officers (TO) concerning their needs as it relates to training and organizational development. The goal of the survey is to identify ways ASTD Sacramento can assist TOs with enhancing skills and networking.
