Student Personalization Survey
The following survey is designed to help personalize and improve your education at Crater. You may have answered similar questions in other classes before; however, since no survey has been done with all Crater students, we have no basis for comparison to make needed improvements. There are 99 questions on this survey but the questions require little thought and are about you so they go very quickly. When answering questions 1-80, try to go with your initial reaction to what characteristics fit you best without over-thinking. Remember that there are not any characteristics that are “better” than others when answering these questions. Also keep in mind that just because you don’t like something, such as math, doesn’t mean it won’t benefit you to improve at it. Your dislike for something might mean learning about it should be done in a different way. Some questions may seem unusual but again, these are designed to help us make what you learn in high school tailored to each individual as much as possible. For example, if your parents went to college, you may not need as much assistance with knowing how to get into college as someone whose parent did not. Also know that these questions are taken from existing surveys from high performing schools but that doesn’t mean the survey is not in need of improvement. Please do not be offended by any of the questions and simply voice your concerns in the last comment question at the end of the survey. Finally, please include your full name and answer the questions honestly and seriously so we can maximize your personal potential for future success both now and after you graduate.
