Ballot for President Elect 2010 - Sacramento Chapter ASTD

Michael Bliss resigned from the position of President Elect in February of 2010 for personal reasons. As a result the Sacramento Chapter Bylaws and Constitution require that an election be held within 60 days of the vacancy to fill the position for the remainder of the term. The Board nominated Bruce Winner (current Director of Marketing and co-Director of Programs) to fill the position until an election could be held. Bruce Winner's name appears on the ballot but you may write in the name of any Sacramento Chapter member in good standing.

Bruce Winner serves as manager and coordinator for all large government research and training programs. He is responsible for decisions on all key personnel, managing the program development with all instructors/developers, organizing meetings and dissemination of all information to instructors/developers, design of program measurement and its implementation using the ROI model, and ongoing support and coordination. Bruce is a hands on project manager who personally supervises all aspects of major GTA projects. He has been with the Training Source for ten years and founded the
Government Training Academy within the Business and Economic Development Center.
