Team Leader/Administrative Duty Survey

How am I doing? Over the course of the year, I have worked diligently to represent the Scarlet Team as a Team Leader and a member of various committees of Timothy Edwards Middle School and the South Windsor Public Schools. I would like to know what I am doing well and what I can work on so I can hone my leadership skills.
When I read these surveys, I will look at the results in a non-judgemental way so please be honest.
