Roosevelt HSA Survey

Roosevelt Home & School (HSA) is an organization that makes Roosevelt a better school for all students. HSA does many things to improve the facilities and student experiences. The organization has purchased playground equipment and projectors and Smart Boards, provided Breakfast of Champions and Popcorn Fridays, honored teacher requests, and much more. Joining HSA involves as little or as much time as you have to offer. There are many ways to get involved with Home & School. You can attend monthly meetings, serve on committees, or just help out when and where it is needed. Best of all JOINING IS FREE and open to anyone with a child enrolled at Roosevelt. Please take a few moments to complete this survey even if you completed a survey at Roosevelt Enrollment. Complete only the fields that apply to you.
