Study Skills Assessment
Read each question below and think about what you've done in the past when you were required to learn new information. Answer each question using the following scale: 5 = Always, 4 = Most of the time, 3 = Half of the time, 2 = Sometimes (when I think of it), 1 = Never At the end of the survey, add the number value of your responses to get your total score for this survey.
