Steps to Respect - Incident Reporting - Ss. Peter & Paul School

Please use this form to report issues that you would like help with regarding lack of respect from your classmates. This might include teasing, hitting, stealing, or other situations that might be considered unduly mean-spirited. NOTE: This venue is checked weekly. Reports are directed to teachers and handled accordingly. For example if the report is made by a 3rd grader and specific to that grade, the 3rd grade teachers would be notified of the incident.
