LOG IN: LAST NAME space FIRST NAME space CLASS The first step to success in sixth grade is an organized binder and planner/plan book. The following will help you in your attempt to be better organized. DIRECTIONS: After reading each statement below, choose one choice from the following list and put the correct number next to each question. LEGEND: 5 = ALWAYS 4 = OFTEN 3 = SOMETIMES 2 = RARELY 1 = NEVER

- I use pocket folders. (USE THE SCALE IN THE DIRECTIONS ABOVE TO REMEMBER WHAT THE NUMBERS 1, 2, 3, 4, AND 5 STAND FOR!)*

- I use labeled subject dividers in my binder.*
