SIP Activities Feedback and Commitment
This survey is designed to get feedback on each of the proposed activities for 2005-2006 and to request your involvement and commitment to work on their implementation.

- Support of district staff development initiative for 2-3 in 2005-2006. (STAFF DEVELOPMENT)

- Implement reading comprehension assessments in 1st-5th grades (1-2 with new software; 3-5 with MAP testing). (READING)

- Continue fluency activities and develop fluency activities for targeted groups. (READING)

- Systematic identification and intervention for students at risk for reading success using DIBELS/CBM and comprehension measures. (PROBLEM SOLVING)

- Develop capacity for small group intervention (e.g. recruitment and training of volunteers, parents, creative use of staff & schedule. (READING)

- Develop access for all students to after school programs. (ADMINISTRATION)

- Systematic examination of reading curriculum and instruction including descriptions of universal, supplemental, and special reading programs. (DIFFERENTIATION)

- Literacy consultant for building based staff development. (STAFF DEVELOPMENT)

- NWEA MAP Testing training including implementation and use of data. (TECHNOLOGY)
