Pleasure reading is any reading that you do of your own choice. It can include books (long, short, nonfiction, or fiction of any genre), magazines or Internet sites. Pleasure reading does not include assigned novels or genre reading that you are required to read. However, books you get to choose for reading log minutes or book reports ARE pleasure reading.
