1. Entitlement. Each member serving in the Navy on active duty shall be entitled to accrue leave at the rate of 2 ½ calendar days for each month of active duty except for periods listed in the block below.
2. Exceptions. Periods of
a. active duty of less than 30 consecutive days,
b. active duty for training with pay of less than 30 consecutive days,
c. lost time, and
d. excess leave or other periods in a non-pay status.
