Registering for WAMAP

 

WAMAP (Washington Mathematics and Assessment Program) is an internet based program where students can practice problems to reinforce mastery of math skills. The Tutors here at the RTC Math Tutoring Center have created review courses for many of the math coureses offered at RTC. WAMAP is a free program for students to use. All you have to do is register.

 

To register for WAMAP:

 

Click on the following link: www.wamap.org

 

Register as a new student by clicking on the "Register as a new student" link in the Login box on the WAMAP website.

 

Fill out all the information on the New User Signup page.

- If you don't want to enter your real name and email address, make one up. The information will never be used.

- It is not necessary to check the "Notify me by email..." option as we will not be sending you any messages via WAMAP.

- If you want to register for any of the review courses that have been created, the course ID and enrollment key for reviews for specific math courses are listed below and also on their corresponding course pages on this site.

When you are done filling out all the information, click Sign Up.

 

Once you are registered, return to the Login page. Enter your Username and Password and click " Login". WAMAP will perform a browser check to check your display settings. Choose whichever options are available and seems best to you.

 

You can register for additional course reviews by clicking on the "Enroll in a New Class" link on your welcome page. If you have problems navigating WAMAP, try using the "help" link.
