Dear Sir or Madam,

It was with interest that I visited your stand at the International Farm Machinery Fair in Bonn last December. I represent one of Thailand’s leading building and we are constantly looking to update or replace our equipment.

I would be grateful if you could let me know what your prices (C.I.F. Bangkok) would be and you offer any discounts. We like to use a 30-day of exchange, would you inform me whether those terms of payment would be acceptable to you. I would also like to know how quickly you can deliver and where exactly we might be able to the equipment we need. Do we have to buy directly from you?
Please us also on what kind of guarantees you can supply for your machines and on what kind of follow up after-sales service you provide.

Big Builders is an expanding company with several major projects in progress. We have just recently a new contract from the Thai government to reclaim some coastal land in order to build a new office block. If we are satisfied your prices and conditions we may be in a position to place several major orders with you in the future.

I forward to hearing from you in near future.

Yours ,

Mr. Mori Whang

Chief buyer.
