THEME:  "A DAY OF  PEER EDITING”

Day 4:

  1. Proofread another students' essay by using the comment and track changes feature in MS Word. The comments or tracked changes added to the document are designed to help another individual improve their writings.

  2. Add their full name at the end of the peer's essay document in order to identify who have proofread this person's work.

  3. Save this proofread file to a specified folder on the school's network drive as directed the instructor so the owner of the work can retrieve his or her electronic version of the proofread essay. Be sure to save file as peer editing for _student's name by_ peer editor's name. The peer editor can be another student,  parent, or teacher.

  4. Print two copies of the work you edited: one copy for the student and other copy for your teacher to analyze accordingly.
