Rating Visualizing Japanese Grammar

If you are 18 years old or above, you are invited to participate in a research study under the direction of Dr. Shoko Hamano of the Department of East Asian Languages and
Literatures, George Washington University (GWU).
The purpose of
this study is to acquire feedback for our website Visualizing Japanese
Grammar, which is in
part funded by the Japan Foundation.
If you choose to
take part in this study, you will participate in a short online survey. The
total amount of time you will spend in connection with this study is 10 minutes.
There are no physical risks associated with this study. Every effort will be made to keep your information
confidential. You may refuse to
answer any of the questions and may stop your participation in this study at
any time.
You will not
benefit directly from your participation in the study. The benefits to science
and humankind that might result from this study are: improvement of the site Visualizing
Japanese Grammar and
sharing of general information about the effectiveness of this type of activity
with other language teachers.
You will not be paid for taking part in
this study.
If results of
this research study are reported in journals or at scientific meetings, the
people who participated in this study will not be named or identified. GW will
not release any information about your research involvement without your
written permission, unless required by law.
