Un is a definite article for masculine words meaning "a, an" and une is a definite article for feminine words meaning "a, an".
Examples:

C'est une bouche.

Le is an indefinite article for masculine words meaning "the" and la is an indefinite article for feminine words it means "the" also.
Examples:
C'est le garçon.
C'est la pomme.

Liason is used with words starting with vowels or silent "h".
Examples:
C'est l'étudient de Madame Crandall.
C'est l'adresse de Monsieur Crandall.
C'est l'harpe de moi.
