| Market Research | the process of getting people's opinions about a product so that a company knows what changes to make or weather to sell the product. |

| Capital | The money, goods, and possessions used in a business in order to make more money. |
| Just In Time | A method of scheduling the arrival of materials at the time they are needed, so that it is not necessary to store those materials. |
| Production Materials | Everything necessary to make a product. |
| Added Value | The increase and how much a piece of material is worth after it becomes part of a finished product. |
| Quality Control | the process of inspecting products to make sure they meet with all standards that have been set. |
| Assembly Line | an arrangement of workers or machines where each person or machine completes a certain part of that the product and then passes it on to the next person or machine in the line. |
| Commission | a payment made to the sales or agent for business they have done. |
| Organization Chart | A diagram of the jobs needed to make a product. |
