November 15-19 Study Club is an after school program that is open to all 7H students. It meets Monday-Thursday from 2:45-3:30 in room 126.5. We will work on current assignments, as well as prepare for upcoming tests. Hope to see you there! Upcoming Assignments/Projects In Language Arts, students are entering the fourth theme of the year, The Struggle for Surrvival. English- Check out the link to the 7H newspaper. Students are reviewing the mastery of vocabulary words that they have been working on since the beginning of the year. There will be a test on Wednesday. Check out the game below. Reading- Students are reading the novel "The Call of the Wild." Check homework hotline for nightly questions on each chapter. Projects for the book are due before Thanksgiving Break. Science- Build a Block projects are due on Friday 11/19. Check homework hotline nightly for at home reading assignments. There will be a science test on Thursday. Geography- We are now working in Unit 4 in the geography book covering Europe. Currently, we are working on chapter 12. Make sure to write all answers to section questions in declarative sentences. The Declaration of Independence has been assigned, and students are required to recite this sometime this quarter. Also U.S. Maps packet is due in 4 weeks. Students should have completed at least 4 pages of the packet at this point.
