2. Be sure you have taken the Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Tests. Do the assignments first as the tests are taken from them. As you take the test be sure to open the programs and use them to help you with the test.

3. Use today to catch up, I have provided you with a list of assignments either not done, or if done, not graded because they where not done well enough. See me if you have any questions. If you haven't taken the word test you need to do so now. There are only 5 classes left with two more tests to take.

2. Prepare for Word 2000 Test. Study the Introduction Project 1 Assignment and Word 2000 Assignments 1 & 2.
3. When Word 2000 assignments are above 80% see me to take the test. The test will be based on the assignments plus 10 additional questions you should have no problem answering.
4. Do Excel Project 1 on Pages E1.6 to E1.58. Save as Excel Project 1.

Today is catch-up day.
1. Complete all previous assignments.
2. Study for test on Tuesday, and be sure to complete the assignments that are not at 80% or better. The test will be based on these assignments, so study them.
3. Completed work has been graded on your disk. It has been saved as graded and the original is still on the disk. If you think a project was completed, but not graded, see me. Chances are it was so far off, I did you a favor by not grading it.
4. Everyone needs to look at Problem 2 in Project 2, page WD 2.59-2.61. Read all the instructions for Part 1 and Part 2. Follow them!
5. When you are finished with all assigned work, you may surf the Web. If you brought in CDs, see me for head phones.
6. Don't forget the opportunity for extra credit below.

1. Please review the syllabus for this class. The syllabus is a PowerPoint presentation called Computer Applications Syllabus. To get to this presentation, complete the following:
a. Click on My Computer
b. Click on "AEP/Data" (K:)
c. Click on folder "Kane"
d. Click on Computer Applications Syllabus
e. You can either press the spacebar or click on the mouse to view the presentation.
2. Fill out the Personal Information Sheet. To get this sheet do the following:
a. Click on My Computer
b. Click on "AEP/Data" (K:)
c. Click on folder "Kane"
d. Ckick on Personal Information
e. Fill it out as instructed and save information on the disk provided after printing a copy.
3. Read pages INT 1.4 thru INT 1.75 in the Office 2000 book provided.
